Signs that your Child is not Coping well with a Divorce

In the eyes of children, divorce is very different than for the parents. They don’t always grasp the reasons why it was necessary. You don’t want to get too caught up in your own issues to notice what they need. For many parents who are divorcing, the needs of their children is what they focus on. It also helps them to get through the issue as they have more than there own needs to worry about.

Not all children are going to come right out and tell you that they are having trouble dealing with the divorce. There are many signs though that can be an indication that they are struggling. You can then choose a good time to talk to them about it. If that doesn’t seem to help you may consider having them see a counselor.

You will likely have to use your own judgement to decide when intervention needs to take place. Sometimes children from divorced families just need some time alone to get trough what they are feeling. Keep in mind that they may have trouble dealing with it down the road instead of immediately. There is no set time frame as to when children will have issues with dealing with their parent’s divorce.

Anxiety is very common for children once they find out a divorce is going to be taking place. This can cause them to have changes in their moods. They may be happy one minute and then in tears the next. They may seem just find one moment and then showing signs of aggression the next. Changes in their eating habits and how well they sleep are also common.

Older children may change in appearance. They may not be paying attention to their personal hygiene like they should. Sometimes this is just an issue with adolescence but not always. They may rebel too so their choice of clothing and hairstyles may be different from what they would normally be featured with.

Watch for signs that your child is withdrawing. They may want more time alone to deal with their feelings so be respectful of that. However, if they aren’t doing well in school, aren’t hanging out with friends, and don’t engage in normal activities that they used to enjoy then they may be suffering from depression.

It can be difficult to punish your child when they are acting out due to the divorce. Yet you have to make sure you stay firm about boundaries. You don’t want them to end up being violent towards you or other people. They need to learn to deal with their feelings of anger in a positive way instead of destroying things.

Be careful if your child is blaming others for the divorce. They shouldn’t be putting the blame on you or their other parent. They also shouldn’t be looking for outside things to blame such as work or other people. Help them to see the situation for what it truly is so they can accept it.

If you are able to identify the signs that your child isn’t coping well with divorce, you can help them to handle it better. Your child may exhibit a variety of symptoms or just one or two. Communication is the key to helping to discover what the true situation is and how to help them find a positive outcome.

Quick Cash for Christmas

As a housewife, nothing is more confusing than taking care for money. Though we have enough budgets, but we sometimes need to get some payday loans for some extra expenses. This is also to cover any urgent necessities when things are improper. Though my husband always hands over his monthly salary for homemaking necessities and he also gives some extra wages from his overtime work or his extra time freelancer as an automotive salesperson, but sometimes they are all not enough. When I am to manage the money according to each monthly post such as bills for electricity, gas, water, telephone, and some subscription payment to newspaper and magazine agencies, I eventually find out what is left in my hand is so limited. In the end, I get confused what this money could be used for. Sometimes when there is no extra income from my husband’s side job, or some other urgent things we are supposed to face, we have to use any money left at our hands or our saving to cover those things.christmas loan

Once again, we usually get some lender services when urgency takes big expenses more than we could afford. There are many loan service agencies and offices, big and small throughout the State and they really do things very easily. Today we propose our application for the loan, and they will check out the whole things referring to our data and details, and the money is coming to us in the next day. This quick loan service is greatly helpful for the people like us.
What we like from them is that they don’t burden us too much. Some things to consider when applying a loan from one of the services are that we should make sure it is reliable as well as certified. Once lend we should ensure that it is paid back on time to avoid late fee. We could extend the pay back time, anyhow, incase we cannot pay the loan back within time period approved. Nevertheless, this should also be avoided because this could mean the loaned amount is increased with charges due to interest rate. We had better always keep in mind that we should understand lending terms and condition to avoid any unexpected problem later.

I really wish to have a fantastic Christmas; doing shopping at Christmas Eve and exchanging gifts with all family after all. They all would be great when we have enough money at hands. Hence, referring to this loan service is of course about in good time. I am sure they will always be ready to help us, though it is nearly Christmas.

All about Body Language

If either of these girls (on the left or right) walks up to you, looks into your eyes for 10 seconds, then asks, "Could you tell me the time?" You REALLY think she wants to know what time it is? If you're a straight guy - and you give her the time of day and walk away, you REALLY need to learn more about BODY LANGUAGE. =) Okay, now women. This guy walks up to you slowly, keeps his eyes on you, then says, "Excuse me. Do you know where I can mail a letter around here?" You think he's desperate to find a post office? Think about it. He's smiling openly and approaching slowly with his head tilted. Hallooo! Offer to show him the way - walk with him -especially if it's a few blocks away! Think. Always be ready and aware! You never know when the perfect opportunity might be standing there in front of you. That's WHY understanding body language can REALLY pump up your love life! Body language is the quiet, secret and most powerful language of all! According to experts, our non-verbal language communicates about 50% of what we really mean (voice tonality contributes 38%) while words themselves contribute a mere 7%. Our bodies send out messages constantly and often we don't recognize that we're communicating a lot more than we realize. Our understanding and use of non-verbal cues in facial expression are familiar to us nearly from birth By familiarizing ourselves with a few basic nonverbal signals, we can improve our ability to understand what people are really communicating and become aware of what we are broadcasting to the world with our own non-verbal cues. A person's body posture, movements and positions more often tell us exactly what they mean (which may be the exact opposite of what they are saying). Many people are unaware of how loudly they communicate with their bodies. This guy might as well stand up, wave his arms and scream, "I'm a lousy cheat! Please - flunk me, now!" Our use and reading of body language is largely unconscious. We understand what a person indicates with their gestures and body positions and we send out our own messages - but we rarely stop to think about how we do it. Often when a person is considered to have great intuition about other people, their understanding is actually due to careful observation of individuals, and conscious or unconscious understanding of non-verbal communication. These people can see and interpret verbal and non-verbal language due to training or years of observation and analysis of people. We need to recognize and give credibility to our own "intuition" and "feelings" about a person or situation. One of the most basic instances involves our personal "space." We notice that when a stranger or someone gets too close, we feel uncomfortable. Unconsciously we know the distancing from others that is appropriate for our own culture. Every day we judge our own distance and respect the space of others by avoiding getting too close and follow our "feeling" to adjust to the correct distances from friends as opposed to acquaintances or strangers.

Customer satisfaction, make it easy

The first tenet in pleasing customers is very simply - treat customers the way you would like to be treated. A happy customer will return and potentially be your best marketing asset as they tell their friends. This usually leads to a very successful business. A great start would be to hire employees who are 'people friendly.' Courtesy should be your policy. Give your staff a good deal of latitude in resolving customer issues. One and done is a great slogan. Of course you can't 'give the shop away,' but strategic authority for your customer service representatives will go a long way towards satisfying your customers.

It's very important that your staff is well trained, understand your products, can explain their use to your customers and clearly and precisely answer questions. In some industries, your sales associates can help with color selection or accessories. Pleasing your customers and knowing their needs is important for a thriving business.

Ensure you have an ample supply of merchandise on hand or ship your goods very quickly. When customers are ready to buy, you want to be able to fill their order. Merchandise or the service you are selling should be top quality. This will bring in repeat customers and help your business grow. It's also good business to clearly display your return policy. The policy should be easily understood and fair to your customers.

Always respect your customer's time. Having enough sales help or cashiers to meet peak demands will be very pleasing to your customers. If you have a call service center, you should alert those on hold to the approximate waiting time and suggest alternative times to call when there will be very short hold time. Many call centers are being moved offshore and staffed with cheaper foreign employees. It's important they speak slow and clear. Even so, surveys indicate that customers are much more s satisfied with US based call centers. Customer's satisfaction scores for foreign call centers are 25% below domestic call centers and clients are almost twice as likely to find another business partner due to difficulty in understanding and issues with solving customer problems.

A great way to build a loyal customer base and build a profitable business is to be honest and tell a customer when a specific product is not right for him. Your customer will be pleased you are a concerned and caring businessperson and you will have a life-long loyal customer.

How To Start A Good Conversation

Imagine the scene... You have been looking forward to this great get together for a long time and are keen to impress everyone there. You arrive on time and then...to your horror you become tongue-tied!
Not being able to speak or start a conversation is the worst thing that could happen to you. The greatest joy of going to a dinner party is not the prospect of a good dinner, but the anticipation of a good conversation.

What To Talk About

Next time you are going to a much-anticipated party, just be yourself. Put a warm smile on your face, walk up to a group that looks interesting and listen to what they are saying. Put in your contribution when there is a pause in the conversation and soon you will find yourself submerged in the discussion.

I always start my conversation with a compliment! Trust me, it always works. People feel appreciated and develop a warmth for you. They immediately consider you as a friend and a conversation begins. You can always strike up a conversation with your new neighbor or colleague by making small talk on something that they would be interested in. Don`t worry about your viewpoints. There will be ample opportunity to express them!

Hobbies, sports and games are well nigh indispensable as backgrounds for general conversation. Talking about your recent visit to the exotic Bahamas, your recent golf game or your hobby of playing the piano can be a very good conversation starter.

Current events are also good ways to start most conversations. One must therefore keep abreast of them by reading a newspaper for local news and a newsmagazine or the equivalent for national and international events.

How To Talk

Don`t talk fast. You may be nervous but to keep it from showing. Have control and consciously try not to be too nervous.

The same rules apply if you speak so slowly that people have to lean towards you, waiting for you to finish what you are saying. It is very uncomfortable for the listener and is never a good way to contribute to a conversation.

Be humorous. A smile, a light-hearted manner and a friendly tone is loved by the entire human race. Be interesting. Don`t bore others. Talk about what the others may be interested in. Don`t make it a monologue. People avoid those who only speak and don`t listen.

Don`t interrupt others. It is all very well that you want to be a part of the group, but interrupting others is an insult to them. Suppose the speaker is saying that he has trouble keeping the leaves off the lawn when you pipe up with an observation, such as, "Say, have you noticed how car prices are coming down?" A person who often does that sort of thing is not ready for polite company. If you have ever done this, I trust it was the last time. It is unpardonable.

Do avoid expletives in your conversation. Imagine what it would be like if your friend keeps saying, `I go to the `hell` gym `hell` every two `hell` days `hell``! After listening to `hell` ten times in a sentence, you will beg him to go to hell.

If you follow the above-mentioned tips in your next get together, you are sure to be thought of as a great conversationalist. People will call you outgoing and friendly. Many life long friendships have begun on this note and, who knows, it may happen to you too. Do remember to drop me a note when it happens!

Happy in the kitchen while cooking

If you have never done it before then you must be thinking what the joy of cooking could be. The joy of cooking is the time you spend in the kitchen to prepare a meal for those people that you care for and love. Cooking for your friends and family is for many people a way of telling them that they have a special feeling for them, and maybe that is the reason your parents got angry when you didn't finish your dinner. It was not about, not eating your food; it was all about you rejecting that one thing which they use to express their feelings for you. The joy of cooking is a feeling you have when you know that almost everyone loves food and you are the one preparing it for them.

Maybe strange to some, but the joy of cooking is not in the preparation of the food, but it's at the moment that the people you prepared the meal for sit down and start to enjoy the different flavors you have put together. It is a long standing tradition that friends and family sit down together and have a good meal, relax and forget for a short time all the worries of the world. Those moments are the ones you should savor and when you all feel the joy of cooking by enjoying the meal you eat that will always be a trigger to think about those good times you had together.

Can the joy be thought?

When you want to learn to cook a meal it is not to hard to find a good teacher who can teach you how to cook various recipes. You can now login on to www.camping-outdoors-recipes.com. And before you know it you, the one who once didn't know that there was such a thing a "the joy of cooking", are the one spreading the joy and leaning others the true joy.

Learning to cook is not the same as learning the joy of cooking as we showed you. First you have to notice that there is even such a thing as joy in cooking and when you see the difference between "enjoy" and "joy" then you are ready to start learning. Watch and learn from others like friends and family members www.apples-recipes.com. If you ask them they will love to show you what it is they do with certain recipes just to generate a special effect with the people eating the resulting meal.

If you enjoy cooking for others it won't be hard to find the joy in cooking. The joy others create towards you when you see them eating you meals and enjoying them. The time you have, with those people you love, at the dinner table and knowing that it was your dinner that brought them all together.
